How booking works
- Tell us the job. In the app, pick the trade, tick every problem you need fixed, add a photograph if it helps, and say where and when — now, or at a time you book.
- We offer it to verified workers nearby who do that trade and cover your area. If nobody answers, we widen the search, and you can search again with one tap.
- You choose your worker. Workers who want the job send an offer with their price, and you compare price, rating and jobs completed before you choose.
- You pay when it is finished, once you have confirmed the work is done, and you rate each other.

Common questions
Are the workers verified?
Yes. Nobody can take a job until a person on our team has checked their CNIC and compared their selfie with the photograph on it. That is what verified means here: we have confirmed who they are. It does not mean we have tested their skill or certified them for any trade.
Does a licence come with that?
No. Some electrical, gas and building work needs a licence or certificate under Pakistani law. Holding it is the worker's responsibility, and you are entitled to ask to see it before the work starts.
Who can see my address and phone number?
Only the worker who accepts your job, because they cannot come otherwise. Workers who were offered the job and did not get it see the area and the trade, never your name or address.
What if my property is damaged?
Tell us and raise a dispute so it is on the record. We do not decide who is liable for damage: the work is a contract between you and the worker, and liability is a matter for you, them and where necessary their insurer or a court.
